ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੋਚ ਕੀਰੋਨ ਪੋਲਾਰਡ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਇੰਡੀਅਨਜ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬੁਮਰਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਾਮ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਆਈਪੀਐਲ ਪਲੇਆਫ ਲਈ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ।
MI ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ਰਜ਼ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੂਰਿਆਕੁਮਾਰ ਯਾਦਵ (ਅਜੇਤੂ 102) ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਆਈਪੀਐੱਲ ਸੈਂਕੜਾ ਜੜ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ 16 ਗੇਂਦਾਂ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦਿਆਂ 174 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਨੇ MI ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਰ ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਲਸਿਲਾ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ 12 ਮੈਚਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ ਚੌਥੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ।
