ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਗੌਰਵ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਠ ਬੰਬ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ (ਬੀਕੇਆਈ) ਅਤੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਾਬਾਦ ਫੋਰਸ (ਕੇਜ਼ੈਡਐਫ) ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ 14 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, "ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਆਈਐਸਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।"
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਯੂਰਪ ਵਿਚ ਹੈਂਡਲਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਡਿਊਲ ਅੱਠ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਗ੍ਰਨੇਡ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਡੀਐਕਸ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
“ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੋਡੀਊਲ BKI ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹਨ ਜਦਕਿ ਦੋ KZF ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਦੋ ਏਕੇ-47 ਰਾਈਫਲਾਂ, ਪੰਜ ਗ੍ਰਨੇਡ, ਦੋ ਗਲੋਕ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਅਤੇ 1.04 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਹੈਰੋਇਨ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
